SUPPORT YOUNG PATHFINDERS AT HACK CALLED QUEST IN HOUSTON

Untangled Pathways guides youth to blaze their own path to abundance and impact. Hack Called Quest is a student group design event for youth to engage in leadership development, community empowerment, and technology application workshops June 28-29th.
At Untangled Pathways (UP), we guide youth to blaze their own path through learning experiences and spaces that ignite their passions and foster change for social good. UP was founded on the premise that every child has a unique path that warrants its own exploration. 100% of UP's past participants are students of color and 65% come from under-resourced backgrounds. These students will serve as agents of economic, environmental, and cultural transformation for untapped communities through the nexus of shared change and values.
Hack Called Quest is our inaugural hackathon, a group design event, taking place on June 28 to 29, 2019 at Studios at the Heights Clocktower in Houston, Texas.
Students from communities throughout Greater Houston will gather to engage in leadership development, community empowerment, and technology application workshops. We will be challenging our youth participants, known as Young Pathfinders, to ask questions and push boundaries. Using their unique experiences, challenges, and triumphs they will create solutions to community issues that are entrepreneurial, diverse, and most importantly inclusive. As a part of Hack Called Quest participants will be able to view their positive contributions in real time and make a meaningful connection to their community.
We are looking for Community Pathfinders to invest in our youth through a monetary donation. Any amount is valuable and appreciated and will count towards the $2,000 cost of programming. Your investment in Hack Called Quest will provide a memorable learning experience for our high school participants.
